Return & Exchanges


Thank you for choosing BUBD. We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be a challenge. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have implemented the following exchange policy:

1. One-Time Exchange: We offer a one-time exchange for all our items purchased from our store. This means that you can exchange the item for a different size once, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

2. Size Exchange Only: Our exchange policy allows for exchanges between sizes only. You may exchange the item for a different size of the same style and color. Please note that exchanges for different styles or colors are not permitted.

3. No Refunds: Our policy is limited to exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for our items. If you are not satisfied with the item and wish to return it, you can exchange it for a different size as per the conditions stated below.

4. Original Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, our item must be in its original condition. This means that it must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags still attached. We cannot accept any items that have been altered, damaged, or are not in their original state.

5. Time Limit: Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days from from the date of receipt . After this period, exchanges will not be accepted. 

6. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email, when requesting an exchange.

7. Limited Stock: Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is not available, you can return your product for store credit and it is available for 2 weeks from the date of issue.

8. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "final sale" or "non-exchangeable." These items are not eligible for exchange, and the sale is considered final. Please review product descriptions and labels carefully before purchasing.

10. Manufacturer Defects: If you believe the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact BUBD within a reasonable time frame to discuss the issue. We may require additional information or request the item to be returned for evaluation.

  • Discounted/Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original conditions and packaging that includes gifts was gifted
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Items will be inspected upon reaching us. Store credits will be noted once the return is successful. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our exchange & return policy.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved and to be reach us within 7 days after approval. You should arrange to return your defective or incorrect items no more than 7 working days after our acknowledgement.
